This document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the 281 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 281 platform, you fully agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 281 platform.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any time. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension.
- The full name, date of birth, and identification details provided during registration must match your official documents.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur to ensure your records remain accurate.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 281 account. Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
- Any activity that occurs through your account is considered authorised by you, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access.

Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 281 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, attack, disrupt, or compromise the security of 281's systems and infrastructure.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to a third party without prior written consent from 281.
- Using the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment — including any commercial use without authorisation.
- Distributing unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel provided by the platform.
281 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account suspension, account closure, or referral to the relevant authorities — if any of the above rules are violated.
Payments, Transactions & Account Verification
All transactions on the 281 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction.
Successful deposits will be credited to your gaming account within the timeframe specified, depending on your chosen payment method. 281 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification. 281 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-fraud regulations.
As part of our security process, 281 may require users to submit identity verification documents, including a copy of your IC, bank statement, or other relevant documents.
Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze. All information provided will be carefully processed in accordance with 281's privacy policy.
Transactions suspected of involving fraud or a breach of terms will be investigated, and the relevant amounts may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
281 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, service disruptions, technical errors, or any cause beyond our reasonable control.
The 281 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.
Account Suspension & Closure: 281 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or if 281 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used unlawfully. Valid balances in accounts terminated due to user violations are not necessarily refundable.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, software, trademarks, and other materials available on the 281 platform are the exclusive property of 281 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.
The 281 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. 281 has no control over the content or practices of those third parties and is not responsible for anything that occurs when you access external sites.
Any issues related to third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant party. 281 is not a party to any transaction or dispute between users and third-party providers.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
281 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 281 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
